Stars School has been divided Into 04 main groups namely PLAY Group, MID Group, SECONDERY Group and HIGHER Group. Group is been controlled by the Group In-charge.
Event Calendars
Provides the details of every event to be performed during the Academic year including: Examinations, Tests, Term controls, Vacations and routines.
Test Sheet
Stars School will operate under 2 Seasons with the timing sheet of 8 Routine Classes.
Assembly Procedures
It’s a 15 Minutes Exercise being concluded DUA.
Books and Stationary List
Provides the details of every Test Book, its Author(s) and Publishers, Stationary details are also provided so the Parents may need not to locate themselves while continuing with their child’s educational future. This list is provided for every class to the Parents and Teachers before the commencement of the up coming Academic year.
Term-wise Course listing
This routine allows to operate and manage the course to be conducted, its pace and quality can be measured through the Termly operated education plan (Each Academic Year completes 3 terms). It allows the teachers also to stay on the track while conducting class and beneficial for the Management to confirm the quality of Education being claimed at Stars School.
Attendance Sheet
To keep the track record of the Students on a individual basis and will also be signed by The Parent on every Last FRIDAY of every Month in Teacher-Parent Meetings.
Time Table
Managed for every individual class with a assigned Class-teacher and with the help of professional Subject Teachers.
Daily Course Review Sheet
Maintained on daily basis by the Class-Teacher and Will be submitted to the Principal Office as a routine. Details cover Subject Name, Class Timings, any Activity performed and Course contents of the respective subjects.
Daily Activity Sheet
Course the details of No. of Classes commenced, No. of Students in a Class, Attendance details, Class timing (Late) and any refinement required will be reported by the Group Incharge and will submit the report of the Group to the Principal Office on Daily routine basis.
